At ORLY Beauty, we want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that products are in their original packaging and have been used minimally to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply download, print, and attach it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure container to prevent damage to the nail lacquer during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
